YYM03 Friction Coefficient Tester Applications:

 It is specifically designed for measuring the static and dynamic friction coefficients of materials such as plastic films and sheets, rubber, paper, cardboard, woven bags, fabric textures, metal composite tapes for communication cables and optical cables, conveyor belts, wood, coatings, brake pads, windshield wipers, shoe materials, and tires when they slide. By measuring the slipperiness of materials, it can help control and adjust the production quality process indicators of materials to meet product usage requirements. Additionally, it can also be used to determine the slipperiness of daily chemical products such as cosmetics and eye drops.

YYM03 Friction Coefficient Tester testing principle :

The cut strip-shaped test samples are clamped with a sample holder, and the test slider is wrapped with the sample to be tested at the same time. Then, the slider is placed on the hanging hole of the sensor. Under a certain contact pressure, the motor drives the sensor to move, that is, to make the surfaces of the two test samples move relatively. The corresponding force signals measured by the sensor are amplified by the integrator and sent to the recorder. Meanwhile, the dynamic friction coefficient and the static friction coefficient are recorded respectively.
