The measuring and controlling circuit of MN-B computer Mooney viscometer is composed of measuring and controlling module, platinum resistor and heater. Data acquisition system and electromechanical interlock complete the automatic detection of torque signal in rubber test process, automatic real-time display of temperature value and setting value. After curing, automatic processing, automatic calculation, printing Mooney, scorching curve and process parameters.
