The instrument consists of one host, one punching machine (including a cutter), one high-precision aging oven and one thickness gauge. The rapid plasticity value P0 was used to rapidly compress the cylindrical sample between two parallel compacted blocks to a fixed thickness of 1mm by the host. The test sample was kept in the compressed state for 15s to achieve the temperature balance with the parallel plate, and then a constant pressure of 100N±1N was applied to the sample and kept for 15s.
