Description of Main Components of the Main Machine
1 Columns: The columns are made of high-quality 45# steel and quenched and tempered to enhance their strength and tensile force, preventing deformation and fracture.
2 Plunger: The oil cylinder is made of Q345, with a bore diameter of Φ160mm and a quantity of 1 piece.
3 Upper and lower machine bases and platforms are all made of 45# steel.
4 Seals: The oil cylinder seals adopt YX-type polyurethane oil seals with oil resistance, anti-aging and wear resistance properties.
5 Heat Insulation Plates: The heat insulation plates are made of high-quality calcium silicate boards, with a pressure resistance of 3.5Mpa and a heat insulation coefficient of 0.031.
6 Electrical System: The electrical components of the machine are well-known brands of Chint and Delixi. These components feature small size, compact structure, fatigue resistance and adaptability to continuous high-intensity work.
