YY-HBM101 Plastic Moisture Analyser can be used to determine the moisture content of any substance. The instrument operates according to the principle of thermogravimetry: the instrument begins to measure the weight of the sample;An internal halogen heating element heats the sample rapidly and water evaporates.During the drying process, the instrument continuously measures the sample weight and displays the results.After drying is complete, the pattern moisture content %, solid content %, weight G or moisture regain % is displayed.
Of particular importance in the operation is the heating rate.Halogen heating can achieve maximum heating power in less time than traditional infrared or oven heating methods. The use of high temperatures is also a factor in shortening drying times. Shortening time helps increase productivity.
All measured parameters (drying temperature, drying time, etc.) can be pre-selected.
