III.Product characteristics

1.Based on the cup method testing principle, it is a water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) testing system commonly used in film samples, capable of detecting water vapor transmission as low as 0.01g/m2·24h. The high-resolution load cell configured provides excellent system sensitivity while ensuring high precision.

2. Wide-range, high-precision, and automated temperature and humidity control makes it easy to achieve non-standard testing.

3. The standard purge wind speed ensures a constant humidity difference between the inside and outside of the moisture-permeable cup.

4. The system automatically resets to zero before weighing to ensure the accuracy of each weighing.

5. The system adopts a cylinder lifting mechanical junction design and intermittent weighing measurement method, effectively reducing system errors.

6. The temperature and humidity verification sockets that can be quickly connected facilitate users to perform rapid calibration.

7. Two rapid calibration methods, standard film and standard weights, are provided to ensure the accuracy and universality of the test data.

IV.Test the principle

The principle of the moisture permeable cup weighing test is adopted. At a certain temperature, a specific humidity difference is formed on both sides of the sample. Water vapor passes through the sample in the moisture permeable cup and enters the dry side, and then is measured

The change in the weight of the moisture permeation cup over time can be used to calculate parameters such as the water vapor transmission rate of the sample.
