Short Description:

1. Overview

The 50KN Ring Stiffness Tensile Testing Machine is a material esting device with leading  domestic technology. It is suitable for physical property tests such as tensile, compressive,  bending, shearing, tearing and peeling of metals, non-metals, composite materials and  products.  The  test  control  software  uses  the  Windows  10  operating  system  platform,  featuring a graphical and image-based software interface, flexible data processing methods, modular VB language programming methods, and safe limit protection functions. It also has  the functions of automatic generation of algorithms and automatic editing of test reports,  which greatly facilitate and improve the debugging and system redevelopment capabilities.  It can calculate parameters such as yield force, elastic modulus, and average peeling force.  It   uses   high-precision   measuring   instruments   and   integrates   high   automation   and  intelligence. Its structure is novel, technology is advanced, and performance is stable. It is  simple, flexible and easy to maintain in operation. It can be used by scientific research  departments,   colleges   and   universities,   and   industrial   and   mining   enterprises   for  mechanical property analysis and production quality inspection of various materials.

3. Operating Environment and Working Conditions

3.1 Temperature: within the range of 10℃ to 35℃;

3.2 Humidity: within the range of 30% to 85%;

3.3 Independent grounding wire is provided;

3.4 In an environment without shock or vibration;

3.5 In an environment without obvious electromagnetic field;

3.6 There should be a space of no less than 0.7 cubic meters around the testing machine, and the working environment should be clean and dust-free;

3.7 The levelness of the base and the frame should not exceed 0.2/1000.

 

4. System Composition and Working Principle

4.1 System composition

It  is  composed  of  three  parts:  the  main  unit,  the  electrical  control  system  and  the microcomputer control system.

4.2 Working principle

4.2.1 Principle of mechanical transmission

The main machine is composed of motor and control box, lead screw, reducer, guide post,

 

 

 

moving beam, limit device, etc. The mechanical transmission sequence is as follows: Motor -- speed reducer -- synchronous belt wheel -- lead screw -- moving beam

4.2.2 Force measurement system:

The lower end of the sensor is connected with the upper gripper. During the test, the force of the sample is changed into an electrical signal through the force sensor and is input to the  acquisition  and  control  system   (acquisition  board),  and  then  the  data  is  saved, processed and printed by the measurement and control software.

 

 

4.2.3 Large deformation measuring device:

This device is used to measure sample deformation. It is held on the sample by two tracking clips with minimal resistance. As the sample deforms under tension, the distance between the two tracking clips also increases correspondingly.

 

 

4.3 Limit protection device and fixture

4.3.1 Limit protection device

The limit protection device is an important part of the machine. There is a magnet on the back side of the main engine column to adjust the height. During the test, when the magnet corresponds to the induction switch of the moving beam, the moving beam will stop rising or falling, so that the limiting device will cut off the direction path and the main engine will stop running. It provides greater convenience and safe and reliable protection for doing experiments.

4.3.2 Fixture

The company has a variety of general and special clamps for gripping samples, such as: wedge clamp clamp, wound metal wire clamp, film stretching clamp, paper stretching clamp, etc., which can meet the clamping requirements of metal and non-metal sheet, tape, foil, strip, wire, fiber, plate, bar, block, rope, cloth, net and other different materials performance test, according to user requirements.
