YY-JA50(1L) Vacuum Stirring Defoaming Machine Core Function and Principle:
1.Efficiently remove bubbles and eliminate product defects:
1)During the mixing and reaction of polyurethane raw materials, dissolved gases, reaction by-products, and air bubbles brought in by mechanical stirring are prone to form. The high viscosity characteristic makes it difficult to expel tiny bubbles (less than 1μm). After curing, these bubbles can lead to pores, pinholes, and shrinkage cavities, resulting in reduced strength, sealing failure, and poor appearance.
2)The vacuum defoaming mixer reduces the vacuum degree to 10–30Pa (or – 0.1MPa level) through the sealed cavity. The bubbles rapidly expand and polymerize under negative pressure. Combined with spiral blades, planetary type, etc. at low to medium speeds (300–800r/min, or self-rotation and co-rotation), the deep bubbles are pushed to the surface and discharged to avoid the formation of new bubbles at high speeds. The defoaming rate can reach over 99.5%, eliminating the defect of air holes.
3)The accompanying sealed discharge and inert gas backfilling + gradient pressure relief prevent secondary foaming after defoaming and ensure the stability of subsequent pouring, foaming, etc. processes.
2.Homogenization mixing ensures consistent formulation
1)Achieve molecular-level uniform mixing of main agents such as polyols and isocyanates with additives such as pigments, flame retardants, and fillers, avoiding performance fluctuations caused by local concentration deviations.
2)The design of planetary self-rotation and co-rotation, spiral blades + wall scraping, etc. covers the entire container, preventing stratification and precipitation, and is suitable for different viscosity materials (from prepolymer to high-viscosity elastomers), improving the uniformity and stability of product performance.
