Short Description:

Instrument application:

The diaper penetration performance tester is used to determine the absorption rate, re-penetration performance and penetration performance of products such as diapers.

GB/T28004.1; GB/T28004.2-2021

 

 

Product Features:

1. The test solution is controlled by a peristaltic pump for liquid addition, ensuring the stability and repeatability of the addition process, with an addition accuracy of ±1%.

2. The test solution (normal saline) is heated by a water bath and stored in a glass container, which does not affect the performance of the test solution in any way.

3. Children’s diaper test sample fixtures: 3 U-shaped bases, 3 sample holders, 3 standard liquid addition modules, and 3 standard pressure addition modules.

4. Adult diaper test sample fixtures: 1 U-shaped base, 2 standard liquid addition modules, and 2 standard pressure addition modules.

5. All sample fixtures are made of PA66 material through 3D printing, featuring strong impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance.

6. The entire machine adopts a desktop structure design, ensuring stable operation and convenient mobile installation.

7. The main control unit uses a 32-bit MCU from STMicroelectronics and can be equipped with IoT functionality for easy data integration into the customer’s ERP system.

8. It is controlled and displayed by a touch screen with menu-based operation in both Chinese and English.

9. Platinum electrodes are used, which are highly sensitive, corrosion-resistant, and durable.
