Instrument use:

Used to test food package (instant noodle sauce package, ketchup package, salad package,

vegetable package, jam package, cream package, medical package, etc.) need to do static

pressure test. 6 finished sauce packs can be tested at a time. Test item: Observe the

leakage and damage of the sample under fixed pressure and fixed time.

Working principle of instrument:

The device is controlled by touch microcomputer, through adjusting the pressure reducing

valve to make the cylinder reach the expected pressure, the microcomputer timing, control

the reversing of the solenoid valve, control the up and down action of the sample pressure

plate, and observe the sealing condition of the sample under a certain pressure and time.
