This machine adopts advanced DSC-10 full digital closed loop control system for control and measurement, using computer to test process and test curve dynamic display, and data processing. 1. Realize special displacement, deformation, speed closed-loop control. During the test, the test speed and test method can be flexibly changed to make the test scheme more flexible and more substantial;
2.Multi-layer protection: with software and hardware two-level protection function, can achieve the testing machine overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, speed, limit and other safety protection methods;

2. Efficient and professional control platform
DSC is dedicated to automatic control IC, the internal is a combination of DSP+MCU. It integrates the advantages of DSP's fast operation speed and MCU's strong ability to control the I/O port, and its overall performance is obviously better than that of DSP or 32-bit MCU. Its internal integration of hardware motor control required modules, such as: PWM, QEI, etc. The key performance of the system is completely guaranteed by the hardware module, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the system.

3. Hardware-based parallel sampling mode

By means of ASIC chip, the signal of each sensor of the testing machine can be collected synchronously, which makes us the first one in China to realize the real hardware-based parallel sampling mode, and avoids the problem of load and deformation asynchronization caused by time-sharing sampling of each sensor channel in the past.

4. Hardware filtering function of position pulse signal
The position acquisition module of photoelectric encoder adopts special hardware module, built-in 24-level filter, which performs the plastic filtering on the acquired pulse signal, avoiding the error count caused by the occurrence of interference pulse in the position pulse acquisition system, and more effectively ensuring the position accuracy, so that the position pulse acquisition system can work stably and reliably.

5. Control the underlying implementation of functions

The core of DSC-10LG software is based on MS-Access database, which can interface with Office software and store the report in Word format or Excel format.
