The heating and constant temperature system in the box is equipped with a fan, an electric heater, an appropriate air duct structure and a temperature control instrument. When the power is switched on, the fan runs at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heating directly placed in the back of the box will form a circulating air through the air duct, and then it will be sucked into the fan through the dry items in the working room.

IV. The use of methods:

1. Put the dried items into the aging test box, close the door and turn on the power supply.

2. The power switch to "on", at this time, the power indicator light, digital display temperature control instrument digital display.

The temperature controller shows the temperature inside the box. Generally, the temperature control enters the constant state after heating for 90 minutes.

4.When the required working temperature is relatively low, can use the second setting method, such as the need for working temperature 80℃, the first time can be set 70℃, isothermal impact back down, then the second time set 80℃, which can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overflushing phenomenon, so that the box temperature as soon as possible into the constant temperature state.

5. According to different items, different degrees of humidity, choose different drying temperature and time.

6. After the end of drying, turn the power switch to "off", but do not immediately open the door to take out the items, careful of burns, you can open the door to reduce the temperature in the box before taking out the items.

V. Precautions:

1. The case shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safety.

2. The power supply should be turned off after use.

3. There is no explosion-proof device in the aging test box, and inflammable and explosive articles are not allowed.

4. The aging test box should be placed in the room with good ventilation conditions, and flammable and explosive items should not be placed around it.

5. The goods in the box should not be crowded, and space must be left for hot air circulation.

6. The inside and outside of the box should always be kept clean.

7. When the use temperature is 150℃~300℃, the door should be opened to reduce the temperature in the box after shutting down.
