Principle:

Coulemeter Sensor method

Dry oxygen(or with a certain humidity)flows on one side of the specimen, and high-purity nitrogen (carrier gas) flows at a fixed flow rate on the other side; The oxygen concentration difference between the two sides of the specimen drives the oxygen to penetrate from the oxygen side of the specimen to the nitrogen side; The permeated oxygen is carried to the coulometer sensor by nitrogen (carrier gas); The sensor measures the oxygen content of carrier gas and calculates the oxygen permeability of the specimen.
